We were greeted by amiable, excellent staff. The vibe here was relaxing. Took advantage of concierge service, offered at no cost.

My room included climate control, a safe box, and TV. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was good! The most friendly and accommodating staff I ever met.

My sister and I truly enjoyed being there. The location of this hotel was great. What's more, it was right by Dominican Republic as well as taxi. Had good sleep at the a twin room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff was accommodating, affable all the time.

The hotel location was marvellous in the middle of jackson.

This hotel is luxurious and exceeds expectations with exclusive amenities including a top-rated Spa & wellness center. the outstanding service provided by the staff made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers and beautiful garden area provided the perfect space to unwind while the live entertainment was entertaining. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious cuisine and drinks. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the occasional lack of poolside service. Despite this, the hotel staff were prompt to rectify the issue.

During my Easter vacation, I enjoyed the beautiful beaches and amazing shows at night. the food was also good and offered a variety of options.

My room was not up to par with my expectations. the sheets were rough and uncomfortable to sleep on, and there were ants crawling around the room.

We had an amazing time at this beach resort! the food was delicious, with lots of restaurant choices that included seasoned steaks, fresh veggies and juicy fruits. the rooms were spacious, colorful, and the beds were very comfortable. the shower was large and luxurious, and the in, room amenities were abundant, including extra light on the mirror, perfect for selfies! the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the entertainment was top, notch, especially the amazing dancers who put on a fantastic show. We enjoyed beautiful beaches and excellent service.

Some salespeople were a bit pushy about excursions and tours.
